About Jennifer Davis
Building Better Businesses Through Leadership, Strategy, and Innovation

Jennifer Davis is a B2B executive and P&L leader specializing in growth, transition, and enterprise alignment. She thrives in inflection points where strategy, execution, and leadership must move together to unlock long-term value.

She’s overseen business growth from $0 to $120M and $300M to $1B+, across public, PE-backed, and ESOP-owned companies at firms like Central States, Learfield, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Planar, and Honeywell. . Known for helping organizations move from momentum to durability, as she creates clarity, momentum, and trust in cultures where people can do their best work.

Leadership range combines general management rigor with strong communication and customer insight, reducing execution risk during change and strengthening confidence with boards, teams, and customers.

Experience spans complex B2B ecosystems with long sales cycles, multi-tier channels to market, and technically-sophisticated audiences, including architectural and construction products for the built environment, commercial electronics, enterprise technology and software (SaaS), and training and certification businesses. Across these contexts, she’s been repeatedly asked to build new capabilities, lead through M&A integration, prepare organizations for growth, and align fragmented portfolios and brands into cohesive platforms for growth.

She is a former contributor to Forbes on the customer-centric enterprise and author of Well Made Decisions (New Degree Press, 2021). Jennifer holds a bachelor’s in business and history from Warner Pacific University, where she has been honored as a Distinguished Alumni of the year, and an MBA from Pepperdine University. She was honored as a Georgia Titan 100 in 2022 and lives in Atlanta with her husband and two children.
